holy lillipads! Happy first day of spring. It’s the koi pond at the National Arboretum.
Don’t they look like little Pacmen trying to eat the flower? Nature can be so vicious.

Your lily is a temperate lily and it will live through the winter. Mine is a tropical lily and when happy it will bloom all year around.
