Someone made donuts in this parking lot. I bet it was fun.

    Yep, looks like they had fun. This reminds me of a commuter lot I saw in Dale City once (I used to live there), a parking lot at DOT (I used to work there) and a lot near the College Park metro station (used to have a boyfriend that lived near there). Funny how one photo can take you down memory lane! :-)
