our dumpster

Someone named a dumpster just for us!! Incredible!!! I came across this little gem the other day on 2nd St NE while I was out for a run, and decided it was obviously necessary to come back for family dumpster portraits.
So we set up the self-timer and did the obligatory jumping, muscle-man, and kissy photos… and bike portraits too of course… It’s apparent from the resulting photos that Matt has both better jumping skills AND better timing skills than I do. Boo 
So before we left, Matt suggested we get one last shot with me sitting on the edge of the dumpster, and he would be more than happy to hoist me up there. Uhhh, nice try, but fat chance. I saw right where that would have ended up.

Hey, everybody has to start somewhere. Having a dumpster named after you is an honor. Smart move not to sit up there.

this is an awesome post. juxta is coming back with a vengence! kind of reminds me of some ghetto version of the beatles Help! shots….
and i’m happy to see two young, happy people, having romantic shots in front of a dumpter. not unlike my awesome american flag dumpster i found in chicago and took a picture of. who knew i could talk this long about dumpsters!
also- loved the lobster post and the old school 80’s pic!
