farmers market time of year! May 20th, 2012




   

On Saturday morning I wandered down to the farmers market at 13th and H St NE. Even though I got there a little after 9, when it opened, there was a pretty long bread line. It was worth the wait though for my breakfast scone. I also picked up some fresh lamb kabobs and some homemade sweet pickle relish. Anyoe have any good lamb recipes? I was thinking about just throwing the meat on the grill, along with some veggies. Mmmmm.
