food prep November 21st, 2012
Feels like the holidays are here – I just finished making my cranberry sauce for tomorrow!! There it is in the pot, ready to be heated. (one bag of whole cranberries, 1.5 cups sugar, mandarin orange slices, pecans pieces, heat for 10 minutes). No one really likes it but me. My family prefers the can-shaped blob kind. *shudder*
I used two secret ingredients this year though — pomegranate seeds and a splash of port. YUM.
