- saturday august 15 - 22 mile bike ride north thru Rock Creek Park
- thursday august 14 - AM swim for 40 minutes at Marie Reed
- wednesday august 13 - ran home from work 6 miles (1 hour)
- saturday august 9 - 1/2 mile swim in Selby Ba, then ran 5.5 miles
- thursday august 7 - biked out to Memorial Bridge, picnic!, then biked home
- wednesday august 6 - biked to work 6 miles; biked home 6 miles
- tuesday august 5 - got our wetsuits! swam for 45 minutes; evening run thru Rock Creek Park with Laurel for 40 minutes
- sunday august 3 - SheROX Philly Sprint Tri! swam .5 miles, biked 15.5 miles, ran 3.1 miles

- tuesday july 29 - swam 1 mile at practice; then did relay races
- monday july 28 - biked to work - 6.4 miles; biked home 6.4 miles!
- friday july 25 - swam 1 mile at Takoma; 38 minutes
- thursday july 24 - ran 6.5 miles with Laurel down to Washington Monument
- wednesday july 23 - got new bike!!
- tuesday july 22 - swam 1 mile in the pool! 41 minutes
- monday july 21 - biked to work - 6 miles
- saturday july 19 - BRICK workout at Prince William Forest; biked for 1 hour 45 minutes then ran for 20 minutes
- friday jul 18 - AM swim for 35 minutes at Takoma
- wednesday july 16 - AM run for 45 minutes in Rock Creek Park
- saturday july 12 - brick workout in Leesburg; rode bike for 1.5 hours and then ran for 25 minutes
- thursday july 10 - swam for 50 minutes at Takoma
- wednesday july 9 - rode bikes for 1 hour; about 12 miles
- tuesday july 8 - 1 hour swim in the AM; about 1300 yds.
- monday july 7 - ran for 50 minutes through Sligo Creek
- sunday july 6 - ran for 50 minutes through Rock Creek Park
- wednesday july 2 - rode bike to work 6 miles (got a flat tire

- monday june 30 - ran for 40 minutes through Rock Creek Park after work
- saturday june 28 - brick workout at Riley’s Lock - rode for 1.5 hours and ran for 20 minutes = very hilly!
- thursday june 26 - rode bike from Silver Spring to Tenleytown - 6 miles
- wednesday june 25 - biked for 55 minutes - 4+ laps around Hains Point
- tuesday june 24 - swam 1 hour=1650 yds; ran for 50 minutes in evening, out to Memorial Bridge
- wed - mon - away in Iowa
- tuesday june 17 - swam 1 hour = 1400 yards
- saturday june 14 - first “brick” workout - rode for 1 hour and then ran for 20 minutes (Vienna, VA)
- thursday june 12 - swam for 40 min at takoma pool
- wednesday june 11 - rode bike to (40 minutes) and from (32 minutes) work = 12 miles total
- tuesday june 10 - swam for 1 hour at takoma pool
- wed - sunday : off in New Orleans!
- tuesday june 3 - swam for 1 hour at the Lab School
- monday june 2 - ran 5 miles through Rock Creek Park
- sunday june 1 - bike 20 miles (!) from Georgetown to Bethesda and back
- saturday may 31 - run clinic and then 1 hr run in VA
- thursday may 29 -morning swim attempt ended in failure b/c the pool water was too low
- wednesday may 28 - biked for 45 minutes down to the Lincoln Memorial
- tuesday may 27 - swam 1200 yds. at Lab School
- monday may 26 - biked from home to Gravelly Point and back = about 11.5 miles
- sunday may 25 - swam for 30 minutes at Takoma Rec. Center
- thursday may 22 - gym - swam for 35 minutes; Pacers buddy run for 4.5 miles in Silver Spring
- wednesday may 21 - biked 8.75 miles through rock creek park - i even saw a little rainbow!
- tuesday may 20 - swam 1000 yds; ran 3.5 miles in rock creek
- monday may 19 - ran 4.75 miles through rock creek park
- sunday may 18 - jumped into freezing pool and jumped back out
- saturday may 17 - Tri. Clinic and group run = 40 minutes slow pace
- thursday may 15 - biked to work=6 miles; gym - swam 16laps=400 yds; biked home=6 miles
- tuesday may 13 - first swim practice! 5:30 am - swam approx. 400 yds
- monday may 12 - gym: ran for 30 minutes
- saturday may 10 - 9am TNT kickoff meeting; biked: 7 miles
- thursday may 8 - gym: ran 3 miles, rode bike for 20 min
- tuesday may 6 - ran/walked 4 miles thru Rock Creek Park
